Enhanced CD HelpI can't see the enhanced part of the CD in my computer at all. It may be that you have a really old computer/CD-ROM drive which pre-dates Enhanced CD technology. More likely is that part of your disc is scratched or damaged. If you purchased a disc and you think it is faulty, first check it in someone else's computer, and if still no luck, contact us for more advice. Score problems - AcrobatI can open the file, but on my screen all the music notes look wrong. Make sure you are using the latest version of Acrobat Reader, or the one which came supplied on the disc. If you have an older version already installed on your computer, you should upgrade it. The music looks fine on my screen, but when I print, the notes and/or staves are not there or incorrect.

How do I get a hold of the sheet music?
I've registered at the store, but where is my "Activation link"?
I can't log in, what happened to my Customer Account from the old store?
How do I get a hold of the sheet music?
1. Register yourself at our store.
2. Once you've logged into your account at the store, search for the particular song you would like from the song list in the Categories section on the right side of the store page.
3. When you find the song you want click on the title and you will go to a page with the lyrics.
4. Once there go to the bottom of the page and in the box "please select an item" choose the Score Sheet pdf from the drop down box. (EmuPlus members: The price of the sheet music should be zero).
5. Then click add to cart and proceed to the checkout.
6. Once you have "purchased" them you will receive an email with a link or ID to download the music sheet at the download area.
Never got your activation link?
Visit the "Resend my Activation Link" page to have the activation link sent to you again. If you still do not receive anything, try checking your Junk or Spam folder.
