Terms of Service
- Refunds will only be given at the discretion of Emu Management.
- We will aim to process your order within 1-2 working days. If there is any significant delay, such as an item not being in stock, we will inform you by email.
- Delivery is by standard post and/or International Airmail.
- If you do not receive your order within a reasonable amount of time or in an unsatisfactory condition, please let us know ASAP.
